SALES POLICY
We do take a wait list, however kids will not be sold on a first come first serve basis. They will be placed in homes we feel are best suited. Preference will always be given to homes that Milk Test, Classify, Show or at the very least do annual Health Testing with the exception of pets/wethers.

Our wait list is free and we do not take deposits prior to kids being born. Once you are notified that your kid has been born a 50% (non-refundable) deposit is to be sent within 48hrs after being notified to secure your kid. If a deposit is not received within that time frame we will move onto the next potential buyer. Please note that a 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required on mature animals as-well.

Please note that we reserve the right to retain any kid born here, regardless of deposits or reservations and to refuse a sale of any animal at any point in transaction if we feel we need to. If we decide to cancel the sale after a deposit is sent, we will refund the deposit.

Transportation is the responsibility and expense of the buyer. Meet ups may often be arranged, and a fee of $25-$100 will be charged depending on the meet location (common ones being Leduc, Edmonton, and Breton). No extra fee will be charged if the kid is being picked up directly from our farm.
We do ship via air but we MUST know a few weeks in advanced.

Price of animal includes registration in the buyers name (except for wethers or pets), disbudding, tattooing, and deworming (if needed before they leave). Please note that all prices are FIRM. Kids will NOT be vaccinated prior to leaving (the dams will be vaccinated 4 weeks prior to kidding). All kids will be given Bacox for coccidia prevention.

Dam raised kids MUST be picked up at 8-10wks old and bottle kids MUST be picked up at 4-6wks old. Preference will always be given to homes that can take kids on the bottle at 4wks old.

Kids must be paid in full 24hrs prior to leaving the property. If you don’t pick up your kid (s) in this time frame a charge of $5/per day will be charged for board until kid is picked up. If no transport date is agreed in a timely fashion, the deposit will be forfeited and the kid will be available again.

We will do our best with disbudding and tattooing, but cannot guarantee scurs (particularly in bucks), or need of re-tattooing.

Once a kid leaves our care we cannot guarantee the health and growth of the animal, and are not responsible if the kid gets sick or passes away.
